Our custom engraved or cut orders, typically have a production timeline of approximately 8-12 business days. This timeframe is diligently listed on the product page as well as on your order confirmation for your convenience.

Should your order include pieces from our Madi Nelson Collection, including vertical names and dates and pave vertical names and dates, have a production timeline of approximately 4 weeks.

Rest assured, the moment your item is ready to be shipped, we will promptly send a shipping notification email along with the tracking details. In case of any delays or if the order volume is exceptionally high (especially around busy times of the year) there might be slight delays and we appreciate your patience in such scenarios.
