If your Tiny Tags necklace chain or clasp has a fault or breaks, we apologize for the inconvenience and are committed to resolving the issue. For our products, we offer a one-year limited warranty which covers any defects in materials or workmanship. Within this period, we'll replace or repair your chain at no cost to you. If you've discovered a fault or need a repair, and it's been less than a year since your purchase, please provide us with your order number or the original purchaser's name.
If the chain breaks outside the warranty period or you require a repair service such as chain length adjustment, we offer paid repair services, which include the cost of labor and return shipping. After we receive your broken piece, repairs are expected to take around 5 weeks due to current limited staffing, but rest assured we will do our best to return your jewelry as quickly as possible.
In scenarios where an online purchase of a new chain is more suitable, we can direct you to the appropriate product on our website. For all your concerns, contact us with your order details and current shipping address, and we will guide you through the process and provide further instructions, including how to send back your necklace for repair if needed. Additionally, if you've just encountered an issue with your purchase, we may, at our discretion, provide you with a replacement outside of the warranty period.
Please ensure that any chains sent back for replacement or repair are packaged securely to prevent any further damage during transit. We recommend using a small ziploc bag and a well-taped envelope or bubble mailer for shipping back to us.
