At Tiny Tags, we place great emphasis on ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality. If you discover any quality issues or errors with your products, such as defective items, incorrect engraving, or any other problem straight out of the box, we are committed to resolving these concerns swiftly.

To address such issues, you should reach out to our customer service team with details of the problem. You may be asked to provide photographs or further details for verification. If it's determined that a replacement is necessary, we will send you a postage-paid return label, so you can send the defective or incorrect item back to us at no additional cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a replacement and send it to you as soon as possible. In certain cases, we may offer a rush on production to expedite the delivery of the correct or repaired item.

In the case of a lost item in transit or an order that has not been received by the expected delivery date, we will open up an inquiry with the shipping carrier on your behalf and keep an eye on the tracking for updates. If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable period, we will remake the order and send it to you again.
