Tiny Tags is happy to offer a 30-day free return policy on any non-custom/ready-to-ship item that you aren&#x2019;t completely in love with because we want you to adore your Tiny Tags! Personalized and 14k gold pieces (except the 14k gold mama script nameplate) are not eligible for a return or exchange since each piece is made to order. We do offer exchanges on chains if you prefer a different length. Please note that for domestic returns there is a $5 shipping fee and for international returns, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be new and unworn, in re-stockable condition, and returned in the original packaging.Upon receipt of the returned item, we will notify you via email within five business days of the status of your refund. If there are no unforeseen issues we will refund your purchase price (minus the $5 return shipping fee) to your original method of payment.
