Please note – every country has laws pertaining to Duties and VAT. Duties and VAT are calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods (item + insurance + shipping). Any duties and taxes on your international shipment will be billed directly to you by the global carrier. We have no control over the amount nor do we know, when you make your purchase, how much your country is going to charge you. Packages can take several weeks to clear customs, we have no control over the amount of time a package may take in customs. Additionally, we are not responsible for items lost or misplaced in customs.
