How do I care for my Tiny Tags?

To keep your Tiny Tag looking like new, keep it dry and do not wear while showering or applying lotions. To remove dirt and tarnish, gently wipe with your complimentary Tiny Tags polishing cloth.

Should I Choose 14K Gold or Gold Vermeil?

At Tiny Tags, we are often asked the difference between gold vermeil and 14K solid gold - and more importantly, which one to choose. We've put together this quick guide on our different material options.

Do you offer ring resizing?

We do not offer ring resizing and custom rings are final sales. If you purchased a non-custom ring and need to exchange it for a different size within 30 days of purchase, please email [email protected] for instructions.

Are Tiny Tags sterling silver pieces, sterling silver?

Our Sterling Silver pieces meet the US standards of .925 Sterling Silver. You will always find a .925 marking on all Tiny Tags sterling silver pieces confirming they abide by the FTC laws.

What is normal wear and tear?

It is normal to see light scratching and wear and tear on all jewelry over time. This is the case for all fine jewelry, any time you have metal on metal and any time multiple tags or charms are being worn on one chain.
